Card Template Two: Violet Dreams DSP

I have lots of flowery patterned paper but I just can’t resist a new pack. This one is Violet Dreams DSP from the July Online Exclusives batch and it includes 2 sheets of die cut florals and frames which come in very handy. The oval layer there with the greeting and the little flower are from the sheets of die cuts – all you need to do is pop them out and they’re all set to use on a project. I’ve used Card Template 2 from my template series (register for my newsletter and you’ll find the template tutorials at the bottom of each edition. They are sized for A4 cardstock – Australia, NZ, UK and Europe.) Love this 3 panel design with an embossed base for some added texture.

The base card features Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder. Some embellishment dots and a flower from the die cut sheet in the patterned paper pack to finish. Greeting in Peaceful Pine ink is from Sending Salutations stamp set – some nice greetings in this set for both the front and the inside of cards.
