Congrats Card

I love the butterfly from All A Flutter.  This single stamp can be found on the inside back cover of the Stampin’ Up Autumn/Winter mini catalogue.   It is $12.95 and looks good stamped or embossed or watercoloured.  Lots of lovely things you can do with it.  I must say I’m a bit of a sucker for anything with butterflies and dragonflies and can’t resist these stamps.
