Navy Torn Mask Christmas Card

OK I’m cheating a little today as I think I’ve already shown you this card earlier in the year. I did make a little adddition though and added a few rhinestones and that touch of sparkle made enough of a difference that I thought I’d snap some pics and share it again.

I masked an area with torn paper then stamped the snowflakes from Snow Swirled (still my favourite Christmas stamp set.) I sponged Sahara Sand over the top. Snowflake colours are Marina Mist, Night of Navy and Riding Hood Red. I originally intended the base of the card to be white but I got an inky fingerprint on it so tore this part off and stuck it onto the navy. Then decided I liked that better anyway – nice when mistakes turn out well.
