Patterned Paper Scraps Card

In the Autumn Mini catalogue the Autumn Spice DSP wasn’t my favourite, but it certainly jumped to the top of the list once I saw it in real life.  I decided to use some scraps from another project on this card as the paper is lovely enough to be a feature all on its own.

I’ve used the coordinating cardstock – Cajun Craze, Old Olive, More Mustard and Early Espresso.  A little ribbon trim to cover the joins – Old Olive narrow grosgrain.

And of course my new favourite punch – the Decorative Label.  I’ve stamped some images from French Foliage in the background of the greeting panel (stamped off once beforehand so they’d be nice and light) and the greeting is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  Sponging the edges gives it a bit of added definition. 

Still unpacking here (and watching our builders rearrange dirt in our yard) so I’d best leave it at that for today!
