Stampin’ Up Onstage 2017: Sydney

Hello! I’m back now from our fabulous Stampin’ Up! Onstage 2017 Sydney event where our beautiful new annual catalogue was launched in style. Still in the news blackout period but I’ve got a few pics of some of the fun to share, with the sneak peeks to follow tomorrow.
The venue for the Sydney event was Luna Park – what a great location with gorgeous views of the bridge and opera house.
On Friday night Stampin’ Up! leaders (silver elite level and up) were treated to a lovely 3 course dinner at the Centrestage event.

I can share pics of the food – I’m a bit notorious in my family for taking pics of food. Lots of fellow memory keepers amongst the Stampin’ Up! family so I never feel quite as weird whipping the camera out before tucking in!

Yum – Stampin’ Up! do spoil us at these lovely events. My team mates and I were sitting with some of the staff from US head office and from Australia. It was lots of fun sharing tales over a delicious dinner.
Up early the next day for a full day of new catalogue surprises.

My team member Helen and I enjoyed spending the day together oohing and aahing over all the things.

We got to see things, touch things and make things. Attending Stampin’ Up! events and seeing new stuff FIRST is just about my favourite perk of being a demonstrator. We came home with 4 snazzy make and take projects, plus some stamp sets, prizes and lots of great memories. And a huge injection of creative inspiration that should keep us all inky for a long time.

(My Ms 14 Hannah was critiquing my selfie taking skills – she’s our resident selfie expert. So I spent the day sending her snaps like this one and saying “Is this better? What about this?” #funwiththeteen)

Well that is about all of the pics I can find amongst my bazillion that I took that I’m allowed to share today so will close off.
Happy stamping! Cheers, Sue
