Card Chain I: Christmas Poinsettia Card
Card Chain blog hop time again. I was the last stop in this chain and decided to test drive some new Christmas things.

This was Chain I for our Card Chain where someone makes a card, sends it to the next person and they CASE it and send theirs on. This chain took a few turns along the way, starting out with spotlighting technique – I was the last stop. I took inspiration from the vellum vase. I used the gorgeous Pretty Poinsettia bundle for the leaves and flowers plus the greeting along with the pot from the Help Me Grow dies.
Cardstock colours: I’ve used both Cherry Cobbler plus a narrow layer of Poppy Parade, some Misty Moonilght and Peaceful Pine cardstock.

I’ve embossed the greeting with silver embossing powder and added some sequins as a finishing touch. Aren’t these dies pretty. Love the details. The DSP layer is All Wrapped Up DSP and the embossing folder is Softly Woven.

This is the last stop in this hop. You can see where this card started over at the blog post by the talented Heather.
Or follow through the whole blog hop via these links below. This has been a really fun creative challenge to take part in. I love seeing the cards evolve over the 10 stops. See you next Wednesday for the next one!

Stunning Sue!! Beautifully simple and detailed just right!
